Covid-19 was the catalyst for something we had been developing for several years. We wanted to improve our customer’s experience by enriching content with rich, professionally-authored storytelling and audio equipment. We spent years in research and development to meet our requirements of sound quality and distance that is required for our group sizes. In the world of social distancing, we took a bad situation and made it good; we drew from our research and ideas and created Six Foot Bubble ™ Tours.

Yes, and we are able to have a group larger than that. Depending on the tour you pick, we might choose to break you group up into subgroups that are spaced a few minutes apart, to assure that everyone has an excellent experience.  Our nearly 20-year experience and tenure staff are our secret sauce and please read our reviews.  Please contact our management about your team and start the engagement process to see if we are a fit for your group.

Maybe, if the weather is not too severe.  If we see that during your tour time there is potential for lightning, hale, or tornado, we will call off the tour and offer you an alternative date and time. Sometimes we will just delay the start time by 30 minutes. If we are unable to provide an alternate time, we offer a full refund or issue gift certificates that do not expire. We know Minnesota weather is unpredictable, but we can tell you that on an average season we cancel fewer than 20 times out of several hundred scheduled tours.

Yes, we offer highly-fashionable rain ponchos!  As an alternative you should, if you are able, dress for the expected weather.

Yes, 100% of the time!   We staff the event based on the number of customers.  Planning makes for a good experience for everyone.

We normally require at least two people in a group.  If people cancel and we are short on attendants, we get in touch with our customers 24 hours beforehand to give them a heads up, and we may offer a refund or reschedule the tour.

We are Minnesotans and the winters are lonely and sometimes we just need to reach out. Seriously, if we have any necessity to communicate with the guest the day of the tour, a phone call is the preferred communication.

If you are late, we will call you to make sure you are still coming, and if you are en route we will wait for you, within reason. In general, we ask everyone to be 15 min early, because as they say, “15 min early is still on time.”

Children must be at least 12 and they must be accompanied by an adult guardian.

Simple answer is no, but if you have special requirement, call and explain the situation and we will see about an exception or alternative.

Some are and we are working on documenting tours that are accessible.  We are actively working to make all of our tours accessible to everyone.

Please call and let us know as soon as possible so we know how to proceed with the rest of the tour group.

Every tour has a detailed description of start location and a map.

Yes, inform your guide and return the equipment.  Segway and Bike Tours are the exception and you need to notify us before you depart.

Yes, but we prefer groups of 20 or more to be private. Private tours can be arranged for groups under 20 with a $100 service fee.
